Pony.AI said that one of its autonomous vehicles was flagged as having an “abnormal status” in the morning of 13 May. By Stewart Burnett

Chinese robotaxi firm Pony.ai reported its first-ever instance of a vehicle fire on 14 May. Nobody was harmed in the incident, which had circulated via a series of video posts on Chinese social media the day before.
