European Commission proposes response to US tariffs

The European Commission has proposed countermeasures on €95bn (US$107.2bn) worth of US imports, targeting key sectors including automotive, in response to tariffs imposed by the Trump administration. Passenger vehicles and related components are among the items included in the draft list.
