Shiseido Company’s Americas subsidiary has appointed Edward Fox as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of the U.S. He will report to Shiseido Americas’ President and CEO Ron Gee.

Fox will oversee U.S. domestic sales and the sales-related infrastructure of Shiseido Americas’ global portfolio of prestige brands, including Clé de Peau Beauté, brand Shiseido, NARS, Drunk Elephant, Issey Miyake, Narciso Rodriguez, Hermès and Tory Burch Beauty.
Fox holds over 25 years at L’Oréal’s Luxury Division, having served in a variety of executive marketing and sales roles for Ralph Lauren, Lancôme, Kiehl’s, Yves Saint Laurent, Giorgio Armani, Valentino, and Viktor & Rolf.
Since 2022, Fox led the Tap Project, an organization dedicated to helping companies optimize growth through customer recruitment, engagement retention, and key account management.
