Coptis Appoints Roland de Heere CEO


Coptis, the leader in providing digital solutions for cosmetics R&D, has appointed Roland de Heere as its new CEO. He brings over a decade of experience in leadership, strategic planning, and operational management across multiple industries.
 
Roland de Heere takes over from Jonathan Coeur who assumed the role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Global, at the company in 2021. 
 
As the CEO of Coptis, Heere will leverage his experience to drive innovation and growth.

For the last four years, Heere managed Redspher’s operations, overseeing a €300M revenue ecosystem and leading a team of over 340 employees. 
 
From 2018 to 2021, as CEO, Heere spearheaded Upela’s growth, turning it into a key player in the e-commerce and logistics space with €12M in revenue. 
 
Heere’s deep understanding of technology, customer-centric approaches, and operational excellence positions him to lead Coptis into a new era, strengthening its impact on the cosmetics industry through cutting-edge solutions.
